Memories of World War 2 - James K Bell voluntary return to UK

A handwritten memoire by Jessie Bell recording an experience of her husband James K Bell, when he crossed the border from Canada to the USA to say goodbye to his parents before returning to Britain in 1940. The border customs officer is recorded as saying "you are wasting your time Britain has had it."
