Crask settlement and Creagan Asdale hut circle

Colour photo of the larger Crask house. The large house (NH 724 931) from its N.E. corner, again looking along the front facade. Even the enclosure walls have not been spared the fury of the evictor's ruthless destruction.

Comments:
Thank you for posting these pictures. My last name is Crask and I would like to know if this Crask Settlement is named after my family or if the name denotes the geography of the Highlands.

I do not know the origins of the name, perhaps someone else may be able to help you - Administrator
