Copy of postcard c 1900 of a watercolour of Dornoch from the south east, with inscription at bottom right 'William Beattie-Brown RSA 1884'. Beattie-Brown was an Edinburgh based painter (b1831 d1909), elected to the Royal Scottish Academy in 1884. He exhibited his Dornoch painting at The Royal Academy of Arts in London in 1887.
