Black and white photograph of the swearing-in of the Sheriff of Sutherland at Dornoch Courthouse in about 1900. John McCrone 2nd from right. He was Sheriff Clerk for over 30 years and built Halladale. Donor is his nephew.

I think the man on the right in the back row is William Gunn Moore?
