Transcription of document mounted on foam board. Petition to the Right Hon Elizabeth Countess of Sutherland and Earl Gower her husband, by John Ross tenant in Esspeck, 1802. Re dispute over tenancy at Evelix offered in exchange for recruitment of John Ross's son to the 93rd Regiment in 1799.
