First in a series of 13 colour slides recording the architecture of Embo. This shows a typical 'one-and-a-half' storey Embo house with shell harling decoration to the front wall.

The wall was actually decorated with shells, not stones as stated.
The shells were painstakingly collected over a number of years by the owner William Fraser, aka Surl. ~ Many thanks for your comment. The image has been updated. ~ Administrator.
