two photocopies of newspaper cutting entitled "the Dornoch whales"; two black and white photographs: L showing a whale carcase being hauled out of the water and R showing Mr Hinton, asistant keeper of zoology at the British Museum photographing a whale carcase. The caption states "all 120 carcases have now been disposed of at the temporary whaling station at Creich. The incident took place in November 1927.
