The Dornoch Esker
The Dornoch Esker

First of a set of four colour photographs of the Dornoch Esker. The Esker, evident from the ridge feature, was formed by gravel deposits left by a melting glacier moving down the Evelix valley. This image shows the Esker alongside the Evelix Road between Dornoch and the A9.
